ALL SAINTS 90 YEAR OLD MUSCAT
collectors dream with only 500 produced and only 250 available in Australia. This Museum Release Muscat is a blend of many years with the base produce from the early 1920's.
Flavours: Olive and honeycomb. The aroma is intense and lifted showing characters of dry, dusty raisins.
Wine Down Valuation: This could be the finest drop that has ever embraced our palate. Be one of only five hundred to have this muscat.
Cellaring: Another 90 but amazing now.
ALL SAINTS GRAND RUTHERGLEN MUSCAT
Having won Australia’s first international gold medal in London for a sweet blend it was evident from the being that this wine was in a league of it’s own.
Flavours: The full-bodied palate is rich in dried raisins, showing an impressive balance between aged and fresh younger material, deeply flavoured but with a lively lingering finish.
Wine Down Valuation: This is a prime example of why Rutherglen Muscat has a reputation for producing probably the greatest dessert wine style in the world.
Cellaring: 10+ years
ALL SAINTS RARE RUTHERGLEN MUSCAT
A blend of the rarest, richest and most complete wines in there cellar, some dating back over 50 years. This magnificent wine gives some indication of its heritage through its amazing tawny hues.
Flavours: A masterful combination of fresh material, aged rancio flavours, and beautifully integrated spirit which produces a wine with many layers of flavour, richly textured and intense in concentration, but dry and elegant on the finish.
Wine Down Valuation: A superb example of this quintessential Australian dessert wine style.
Cellaring: 1-20+ years
ALL SAINTS RUTHERGLEN MUSCAT
Muscat is one of the great treasures of the wine world and the young wines have a terrific vibrancy and aromatic lift. Predominantly from 3 to 5 year old stock, it has a healthy slug of 15 to 20 year old material for extra depth.
Flavours: Packed with lush raisined fruit flavours and intense aromas of rose petal and candied peel it is lovely with a variety of deserts and can even be served chilled.
Wine Down Valuation: For a twenty dollar outlay you will be hard press to find better value for money.
Cellaring: As it’s only young this wine will develop over the next 15-20 years
