Bethany Cabernet Merlot 2014

Our Price: $25.00

I think the customer is the winner with this wine. For a $20 outlay is provides exceptional quality like all of Bethany wines. A blend that's on the increase more so in WA but this wine may change peoples focus. Flavours: The deep garnet colour is quite youthful, but the nose and palate show more mature, rather soft, harmonious blackberry and mild spice characters, with just a hint of violets. Wine Down Valuation: If there was lamb cutlets on the menu this is the first wine i would grab. Great job guy's a delight with or without food. Cellaring: OK for up to 10 years

BETHANY Shiraz 2014

Our Price: $25.00

If you do it well, why not continue to do it and thankfully Bethany are. One of the first wineres in the Barossa they continue to consitantly produce amazing wines with this wine showing what the Barossa is capable of. Flavours: In the mouth it is full-bodied and luscious with great depth of shiraz flavour, whilst the lingering finish displays seamless rich fruit, soft tannins and well integrated natural acidity. Wine Down Valuation: Is a steak a steak if there is no Bethany shiraz next to it?. Steak can be substiuted for full flavoured cheeses. Cellaring: 10 years+

DOMAINE EPIS Pinot Noir 2015

Our Price: $75.00

When it comes to this Pinot Noir it seems I repeat myself year in year out with the same six words "Still the Best Pinot in Australia". Our most sold Pinot in the shop as once people try it they return like Oliver did and say "Please Sir can I have some More". Flavours: With highlights of hay, cedar, spice and mint. It’s juicy, well structured and persistent, and while it is deliciousl Wine Down Valuation: You get so much more then your $65 worth Cellaring: Don't expect to buy an aged one from us as like Alec we sell out every years but does age well over 10 years

ELDERTON Neil Ashmead GTS Grand Tourer Shiraz 2013

Our Price: $70.00

Never had the pleasure of meeting Neil Ashmead but gees I wish I had. After reading a lot about this man I can see where the boy's (Cameron & Allister) have got there passion and hard work ethic from. Is this the most Iconic wine from the Barossa we have in store? I think so. If I was on an Island with a boat load of Command and GTS life would be sweet. Thanks guy's your father would be proud. If you don't know the story read it. Tasting notes: African spice flavours that are complemented by the classic plum, pepper and blueberry. Wine Down Valuation: $60 can buy a lot but you get so much more with this wine. My head is still shaking, I can't believe this is this first crack at this wine. Cellaring: When you drink wines like this, let's be serious time you will not give instead you will be pulling this from the cellar every weekend once tried.
